4 ---> Invisible Commercials

     Invisible commercials take a significant part in our lives even that we can't comprehend them. Nowadays we can easily see them because they are everywhere ! When watching Tv middle of films , walking on the road certainly a billboard come up against or surfing in the internet lots of pages can appear by itself .. Briefly we are under attack of commercials even we don't want to see them we can't deny or ignore them. Also we are affected by these commercial unwittingly they gain a seat in our brains or subconscious. How can we avoid these effects? Actually, personally i don't have an exact idea of escaping from commercials but we can reduce the effets as posible as by becoming concscious and being awareness of these effects.
   Last week in our english 101 section with Hatice Sarıgül :) , we watched video of commercials and in general they are about gestures and standing of the body ( portrayed of body ) . We looked lots of pictures one after another and i realized that in all pictures women using their hands . Before watching that video actually i haven't realized that hands,arms have a important role in standing or in big picture but because of we saw all commercials at once , in one video , i easily realized things that i haven't realized before even i looked them.

       Suddenly at that lesson i understood that seeing is not mean that you distinguish the messages that trying to be given ..

3 --->Victim of Objectivity

        Is it really true to be objective even your objectivity worth the  life ? Is objectivity is so important that will you choose objectivity for a life ?

     Some reporters easily chose being an objective person in these situations. I can not forget the video that the woman reporter took the photo of an little kid's dead body and even before that she has a chance to help or do ANYThİnG  ... but she didn't she just looked her eyes , the last movement of girl's life , and she watch the soldier upon her little body yelling , pointing his gun to her head. After few minutes later little kid's body fell down all along after she took the bullet to her head. Like a vulture waiting for its prey reporter took photo of dead body and she won the best photo reward with this photo as well but her conscience didn't let her to take that reward even she couldn't stand in front of people.

   When i first watch this video, i put myself in her shoes and i felt terrible with the feeling of regret. On the other hand reporters are the people who show us the real face of war and how war awful is. They bring facts in our houses and let us to think how good situation we are in . In my opinion these repoters who are living with war they generally victim of their job and lost their sense of mercy and love but ofcourse i can't make any comment to their courage.

  Regardless if you have a chance to rescue a life and do nothing or just watching it is morally wrong for me . If i were that reporter i would do anything rather than taking photo.. Think that you are the woman reporter what would you do ?
